Optimized for various pyrolysis chars from tires, plastics, and biomass. This pre-treatment removes residual steel wires and impurities through high-intensity magnetic separation, ensuring a clean feedstock to protect downstream components.
Ultra-fine Grinding & Agglomerate De-clumping
Raw pyrolysis granules undergo micron-level pulverization. By precisely controlling fineness (D90 < 10μm), we ensure that carbon black agglomerates are effectively de-clumped while preserving the structural integrity and reinforcement properties of the material.
High-Precision Aerodynamic Classification
